Client Services and Operations Search

Client service and operational support are the backbone of every successful advisory firm. We source Client Services Administrators, operations professionals, and administrative talent who are detail‑oriented, proactive, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience. These hires strengthen your operations, reduce owner workload, and bring calm and consistency to your day‑to‑day service.

My Fee Structure

Great recruiting should feel fair, transparent, and accessible — especially for small advisory firms. I keep my fee structure simple and intentionally affordable so you can hire confidently without sacrificing quality or care. If you’ve ever wondered whether your office is “too small” for an agency, it isn’t. In fact, the right hire often pays for itself many times over.


I invoice 50% of the fee at offer acceptance and the remaining 50% after your new hire reaches their first 90 days. If they don’t make it to 90 days, I provide a replacement before the final payment.
